- Great Steaks: This place is one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly and the food is terrific! I'd recomend the Montana Ribeye or the pork chop. It is a little pricer than the $8 average it suggests on here, but well worth it.
- Great Food - Bad Service: The food is great, but the night we went the service was terrible. They crowded everyone into the center section, the waiter screwed up our order and the room temperature was 85 degrees. Normally, the service is the best in central Arkansas. I spoke with the manager and he advised that they were having troubles with management. Offered to comp the meal, but I refused and just ask to improve the service on the next visit. They have some of the best food served!! I offered some advice, if they didn't improve the service, people will stop coming and the doors will be shut for good.
- Best Ever: My husband and I ate here last night 9/18/10 and we had the best dining experience we've ever had. It was such a relaxing atmosphere and it wasn't loud like most restraunts and we were able to have a very nice dinner and conversation without raising our voices. It has been a long time since we've been out togother just the two of us and I am so glad we chose to eat here. Our food was over the top and so was our service. Our waiter was excellent and gave us our privacy but waited on us just when we needed him to. I would recommend this restraunt to ANYONE who wants a nice romantic evening without spending too much. We will definately be coming back!!! Thank you so much Saddle Creek for such a wonderful evening!
- The worst ever: The service was awful, the food even worse and we will never go there again.
